The Millenial Definition of Diversity & Inclusion

Much has been written about Millennials in the workplace and much has been written about Diversity in the workplace – I’ve written on both subjects myself. However, a new report from Deloitte, produced in collaboration with the Billie Jean King Leadership Initiative, raises a very interesting point that could have a significant impact on the way organisations think both about Millennials and about Diversity.When it comes to defining diversity and inclusion at work, the generation gap between boomers, gen-Xers, and millennials is more like a growing trench, according to a new study from Deloitte and the Billie Jean King Leadership Initiative (BJKLI).
